Mrs. Sandra "Sandy" Jean Kincaid Poulter, 54, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father Monday, July 3, 2017. Among those who preceded her in death include her mother, Geneva Houck Kincaid and mother-in-law, Charlotte Poulter. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Kevin Poulter; children, Amber Phillips (Dustin) and David Mendicino (Luke); granddaughters, Isabella and Hadley Phillips; brothers, Jim Kincaid, Gilbert Kincaid (Marie) and Terry Kincaid (Regina); father, James Kincaid; father-in-law, Buddy Poulter; sister-in-law, Kim Ashby (Tim) and nephews, Chad Kincaid (Crystal) and Cory Kincaid.
Funeral service will be held at 2 pm Friday, July 7, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 1 pm until 8 pm and Friday from 12 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
