Mrs. Mabel Feger, age 87, of Boston Kentucky, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, March 30, 2017. Mrs. Feger was born on August 8, 1929 in Louisville, KY to the late William and Maggie Bunnell.
Mrs. Feger loved music and dancing, and was known for always wearing a white gardenia in her hair. She was a generous person with a big heart. Mrs. Feger would help anyone and was always ready to lend a hand to those in need. Her biggest love was her home and her family, she often said the happiest time in her life was when she was talking care of her babies. She loved being a mother and a wife. Mrs. Mable Feger was loved by all who had the privilege to know her and will be greatly missed.
Among those who preceded her in death include, her husband, Charles Feger; her son, Donald Feger; her daughter-in-law, Yvonne Feger; two brothers; and four sisters.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Judy Kidd (Bill), her sons, Charles Feger and Thomas Feger (Anna); six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Monday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
