I Worked at UL Hospital with Steve many years ago. Although, I never worked with him directly, I do remember him. High regards for him as a nurse. I remember seeing he and one of his children a few years back at the clinic in Mount Washington and speaking with him. RIP Steve and comfort to his family and friends and all who knew him.

Steve was such a good person, a blessed man of integrity, so patient, kind, caring and helpful. He touched so many in so many ways. He was passionate in what he did for work, for family and for himself. The stories he shared demonstrated this in the detail he included. He shared his knowledge of the outdoors with me, something I will always cherish. All the memories are good ones. He will be missed by so many, but never forgotten. May he Rest In Peace and may all family and friends who mourn this loss find comfort and peace.

We are so sorry for your loss. Steve was a very caring man. He was always coming over to our parents (Paul and Alice Swan)at Ceder Springs Churchof Christ. He would be sure to give them hugs and make sure they were ok, he would help them out to their car if some of the family wasn't there.
He will be truly missed by all that knew him.

I feel blessed to have known Steve for over 20 years. During my time as a home health admissions nurse, and the last several years as a rehab admissions coordinator, he always greeted me to 7 South with a welcoming hello and smile. He was willing to help me or anyone at anytime with anything. He will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

How fortunate I am to have known Steve and worked with him on 7 South... There will never be another, one of a kind. You left a lasting impression on so many, and will be terribly missed. So many good memories and talks to hold on to...
